Le Foglie Ridenti

Set in a quiet area near the hilltop towns of Colmurano and Urbisaglia, the sustainable farmhouse is a short drive to the Sibillini National Park. With panoramic views of olive groves, vineyards, the Monti Sibillini and the Adriatic Sea, it is perfectly located for outdoor activities: hiking, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing and all water sports. “Le foglie ridenti” is found between Macerata and San Ginesio: both major tourist attractions with museums, galleries and cultural interest as well as theatre, opera, music festivals, pilgrimages etc. Those on a road trip can easily come to relax after the bustle of Rome or Florence in less than 3 hours, and then go on to historical cities of Urbino or Áscoli Piceno in less than 1 hour. Also a ferry ride from Ancona port takes you to the coasts of Croatia, Greece or even Turkey! Nearest airport: Ancona (1hr) but many guests also use Pescara (2hrs), Rome or Bologna (3hrs). A sturdy car is vital but public transport reduces driving with bus/train stations in Tolentino (8km away) and Macerata (25km).
